Seal Coating
The first step in the sealcoat application process is to ensure that the area is completely clean. Our industrial cleaning equipment is used in this process to make sure your asphalt is ready for the application of sealcoat. We only use industry leading materials, followed exactly to manufacturer specifications. When the actual sealcoat is applied, we will either use specialized equipment that sprays it down or a squeegee application. Keep in mind you will want to avoid using your driveway or paved area for at least 24-48 hours.
Crack Filling
Hot crack filling is a commercial grade rubberized DOT approved material used on roadways, parking lots and air strips, it is applied at 350 degrees. All Cracks ½” and larger are recommended to be sealed to prevent further expansion and deterioration.
We fill any cracks that may occur to prevent more extensive damage. Water can easily seep through these areas of your asphalt and create expensive repairs if you don’t make the necessary crack repairs.
It’s also ideal to consider crack sealing because this can work to stop any damage to your asphalt before it worsens. The good news for you is that crack sealing may be the perfect way to get more mileage out of your asphalt investments.
Asphalt Repair
Once a pothole is identified, it’s ideal to have the pothole repaired in a timely manner in order to reduce the potential for further damage and risk of an injury. We take special care with each and every step of the pothole repair process to ensure the area is safe again for you and your guests.
When performing all pot hole repairs, the area is saw cut to sub base. Once the asphalt is cut and removed, the sub base is evaluated and repaired as necessary. Once the sub base is in acceptable condition, asphalt binder is applied, and new asphalt mix is installed. The new asphalt is leveled, compacted and the edges sealed with Hot Rubber Crack Filler. The area will be opened to traffic as soon as the repair is completed.
